Kayhan is responsible for the overall administrative management and quality assurance of each of the offices. With more than 35 years’ experience, he has collaborated with some of the largest construction companies in New Zealand and the Pacific, and has been involved in commercial and residential projects, for both new and existing buildings, including the preservation of historic structures. Kayhan is involved in all projects at a strategic level having a design methodology that addresses the unique context of each project and the specific needs of the client. Understanding client requirements together with office team and project dynamics are the keystones for Kayhan in delivering project excellence.

Bayan Khadem

Executive Manager

Bayan has been with ProDesigners Architects since 2017. He is responsible for overseeing project management from the contract stage to building consent stage. Bayan has a background as a Director of his own company, and brings a wealth of experience to ProDesigners Architects management team.

Bayhan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Otago. Bayan assists the Director in all areas of the company management ensuring the quality of ProDesigners professional services over each of the international branches. Bayan is also involved in upgrading processes and systems within ProDesigners Architects, liasing with clients and managing staff.

Arturo Chan Mow

Arturo is a registered Architect and has worked on various projects, ranging from residential to retail, education, health and commercial within NZ and overseas in the Pacific. Responsibilities undertaken varies for each projects either from preparing presentation during concept design right up to detailed documentation drawings for consent and procurement stage. Has a strong documentation skill and technical knowledge for detailing.

Prior to this, Arturo worked for three years as a draughtsman for the Ministry of Works in Samoa. During that time Arturo worked on various residential and commercial projects including the development and refurbishment of schools around Samoa funded by the Education Department of Samoa and the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

Desire Sitchon

Senior Architectural Designer

Bachelor of Science and Architecture (Ateneo de Davao University, Philippines, 2003)

Desire has more than 10 years’ work experience in mixed-use development, urban design, residential, institutional and transit projects. She is fully involved in the project from design development stage to construction drawings using 2D/3D CAD software.

Prior to joining ProDesigners Architects, Desire worked in Ong&Ong Pte Ltd (Singapore) as a Senior Technical Executive from 2014 to 2016 on various residential projects. She has travelled to work with the O&O KL Team on the design, tender, coordination, and construction drawings for the proposed KVMRT Transit Line 2 project. She also worked with DP Architects Pte Ltd (Singapore) as a Senior Architectural Executive from 2008 to 2013. Her portfolio consisted mainly of Institutional projects such as CREATE (Campus for Research Excellence and Technological Enterprise) located in NUS University Town, Singapore, and SIT (Singapore Institute of Technology) and Sports Arena.

Saeed Haghnia

Architectural Designer

PhD in Architecture (2022 at the University of Auckland, New Zealand)

Saeed has been doing research on residential environments for the elderly from 2012. He has also been a lecturer in Iran for two semesters (including architectural design studio), and for four semesters as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Auckland (urban planning and architectural courses). Saeed also have two registered patents, one for increasing safety of the elderly in nursing homes, and one is a plant-holder for decorative purposes using Nano-technology with minimum need of maintenance.

Saeed's experience includes working in Iran as an architectural designer and as an Interior Design Advisor during his study years (mainly residential projects).

Symon Guantero

Architectural Designer

Symon is a recent architectural graduate quickly gaining experience in the industry. Prior to joining Prodesigners, he completed a certificate in construction under BCITO, while working part time as an architectural graduate on a few residential and institutional projects in Auckland. He was also given experience working and studying abroad in Munich and Ho Chi Minh City as a recipient of a university scholarship program.

Zara Baradaran

Zara is an architectural graduate with the background of working in the architecture & planning industry in Iran as an architectural designer. She was also involved in so many research projects as an architecture history researcher working on Persian heritage sites and buildings.

She is passionate about art, architecture, and photography and spends most of her spare time taking photos and painting mostly from the beautiful scenery in Aotearoa.

Roxana Hossu

Office Administrator

Bachelor of Business Administration and Management

Roxana has extensive experience in administration and is responsible for managing daily operations and processes within the ProDesigners main office. Roxana also assists the financial controller in management of ProDesigners Client accounts.

Roxana has been a part of the team at ProDesigners Architects since 2017. She is an essential part of the organisation and offers support to both the Management team and the Architects.
