Project Overview

The iconic Georgie Pie building fronting onto Pakuranga Road was due for a complete overhaul. ProDesigners was engaged to breathe new life into what would be a landmark building for the shopping centre’s 1.1 hectare site. With a building extension and total refurbishment of 590m2 to house 3 tenancies - 2 major banks and retail betting agency, the project began in early 2009 and was completed in July 2010.
ProDesigners worked closely with the client, project manager, and other members of the project team from start to finish, ensuring that the quality and vision for the development was fulfilled.
