ProDesigners was engaged to update this 80's icon into the 21st century, with a vision that will create a "blueprint" for the rest of the shopping centre to follow in future upgrades.With a building extension and total refurbishment of 590m2 to house 3 tenancies - 2 major banks and retail betting agency, this project began in early 2009 and was completed in July 2010 for the tenancies' fit-out.ProDesigners were closely involved with the client, the project manager, and other members of the project team from start to finish to ensure the quality and vision is fulfilled...本项目原建筑是位于Highland Park商业综合体的old Georgie Pie大楼，正对Pakuranga路。本公司致力于使这个80年代的地标跨入21世纪，同时为综合体的其他建筑未来的改建做了一个榜样。经过扩建和翻新后，此建筑面积达到590平米，3间出租，2间为银行自用。此项目开建于09年，在10年7月完工，可以出租。本公司与客户密切接触，项目经理和其他成员从始至终都对本公司的设计质量和眼光非常满意。....
