....Thomas Road Residential Houses Development..Thomas路住宅扩建........We were commissioned to carry out Detailed Documentation for building consent lodgment, Procurement stage and to provide Contract Administration and Site Observation to the contract on behalf of the principal. The project was to build 3 new 2-storey residential houses in a new sub-division in Mangere located near the Mangere Town Centre in Manukau, Auckland. All 3 residential houses were constructed by one main contractor to oversee the entire project following the decision in the procurement stage.
