ProDesigners Architects Ltd was engaged to design an extension to the front of the property, to maximise the internal floor area and also maximise external parking facilities below. A curtain wall facade allows light to fill the new internal spaces, and helps the new floors to feel open. The facade also provides the building with a modern, clean, street fontage. Access was also inproved for fork-lift truck entry at the back of the building.This new warehouse and extension is approximately 870m².
