This Multi-complex development is located in the heart of Tonga’s capital, Nuku’alofa. The three-storey complex consists of a supermarket on the ground floor area at1039 m2. The first floor consists of a cafeteria and 5 offices at 894 m2 and the top floor level consists of 9units apartment with two bedrooms at 819m2. The total floor area is 2752 m2.

The Western Union Mall and Office Complex building is located in the heart of the Nuku’alofa, City centre. This is a dynamic two storey office building, set on a beautifully landscaped courtyard. The design, and location is seen throughout the city centre. The multi complex building has nine retail shops, offices and an upmarket café, which attracts the tourists. Constructed by Fletcher South Pacific and the total floor area is 1300m² with a construction cost of $2 million.
The new Cinema Complex has 2 theaters, retail shops and offices. The complex is located next to the Western Union Mall features a uniquely striking facade that was designed to be cost effective and utilises bold colour that is complementary to the local environment. The building construction was completed in 2004 by Fletcher Construction South Pacific.
