The project was instigated by Fletcher Construction South Pacific as a concept for the South Pacific Olympics.The complex provides facilities for basketball, volleyball, table tennis and other recreational sports.
University Library, Tutuila,
AMERICAN SAMOA
The Research Library for the American Samoa Community College is a bold contemporary styled double storey concrete building. The building has a 760m² floor area, contains multimedia systems and houses the university’s information collection. The building was constructed by Fletcher South Pacific and cost $1.5 million. The complex was completed in 2002.

Samoa Tel is a modern corporate styled office building and forms the new telecommunications control centre situated on the outskirts of the Apia Central city area. The building was designed in association with Tinai, Gordon & Associates be an impressive flagship for Samoan Telecommunications.

The Development Bank is a five storey building proposed to accommodate the banks future and current customers. The building features a generous entrance hall and lobby that creates a welcoming feel for customers and includes services to house the complex requirements for a finance facility.
