Hilton International Hotel Group, Denarau, Fiji This Hilton has 11 three-storey blocks of exclusive holiday apartments and spa complex. The apartments range from single studios, 2-bedroom apartments to spacious 3-bedroom apartments, some with plunge pools. All apartments are designed with full kitchen facilities and luxuriously appointed bathrooms that overlook the Denarau Marina, the tropical gardens and the extensive pool complex of the hotel

The Denarau Shopping Mall is the largest shopping centre in the Denarau Area; the building consists of four two storey buildings with a total of 30 retail units and 31 offices. The buildings are married together by an internal mall area that houses the retail shops. The complex overlooks the main ferry terminal in Port Denarau and features cafes and restaurants. The building was commissioned in partnership with Fletcher South Pacific with a total area of 11500m² and completed in 2005.

FIJI

The Golf Course Condominiums is to be constructed in 2007 and will consist of 40 new townhouse units, each being two storey’s high with two bedrooms and double car parking. Included in the complex is a large communal swimming pool with utilities such as a pavilion, outdoor dining area and an open lawn area for recreational activities. The total condominiums floor area is 4480m² with all the units overlooking the Denarau Golf Course and Waterways.
