A three block apartment complex with 47 units ranging from one to three bedrooms. Located in close proximity to the Flat Bush Town Centre and Barry Curtis Park. Apartments have extensive views towards Manukau City, Auckland City . The complex features a common pool area on a hard landscaped courtyard. Constructed with insulation plaster systems with feature weather board panels and is capped by mono pitch roof slopes.
“The Landings”
Parnell, Auckland
The Landings is a large-scale twin apartment complex with 211 apartments set in the precinct of the old Railway Station in Parnell. Tower one is 8 storeys high with 101 apartments while tower two is 10 storeys high with 100 apartments. The units vary from two to three bedrooms and feature individual balconies with views to the harbour. Amenities include a recreational area and a central plaza with tennis court located between the towers. The buildings have a total area of 23400m² and cost $ 36 million to construct. It was completed in 2004.
Dominion Road
This contemporary 27-apartment complex is set within the site of an existing commercial office development. The apartments range from 70-75m² in area, with tiered balconies to maximise views to Mt Eden and Auckland City. All apartments consists of 1 or 2 bedroom units with secure parking provided for 100 cars under cover. The estimated cost of this project will be $6 million and is to commence construction in late 2008.
