Located along the busy Ti Rakau Drive, the client requested an upgrade design alteration to an existing shop. The project was to provide an attractive and eye catching street facade towards the busy traffic. The existing 340m2 building was refurbished into 3 new retail or office spaces with a modern and attractive shop-front facade as it's main entrance. The 825m2 site has 14 car parking spaces for both tenants and visitors. Each retail or office space is approximately 105m2 in floor area.
