The Gamma Computers office block is a six storey office building, showroom and high density building located on the city fringe. The project was developed in two stages. Stage 1 included the basement level and a warehouse with double high ceiling and cafeteria. Stage 2 was for 27 apartments on 2 floors, some with magnificent Auckland City and Harbour views. The building was completed in 2003 with a cost of approximately $6 million and has a total floor area of 4520m².
"Kimberly Clark Project"
Otway Office Complex Remodelling, Manukau
The Kimberly Clark Complex is a complete remodelling of the existing office building that seeks to transform the jaded exterior into a contemporary and high quality commercial landmark. The original development was arranged into two separate building forms, these forms were linked together to form a single building which includes an impressive entrance lobby and waiting area. The building was completed in 2002 and has a new floor area of 765m².
PROJECT: 60 Ti Rakau Shops
TYPE: Shop Alteration
Located along busy Ti Rakau Drive, the client requested an upgrade design alteration to an existing shop. The project was to provide an attractive eye catching street facade towards the busy traffic.
Other Office Projects
Office Addition, Botany Road
An extension was designed for the existing two story commercial building to create direct exposure at ground floor. Therefore, it had opened up the office space at the first floor. This improved the existing offices, sanitary services and Kitchen facilities and to provide a presentable business profile for the existing business. At Botany road, building area 240m2 and completed in 2003.
Planet FM
Located at Unitec Campus
The project consists of converting a 60 to 70 year old single storey house into an office building and a radio station for Planet FM. The external area of the building not altered, but all of the interior area, changed to requirements of broadcasting studios. The conversation had been to accommodate four studios and common office space. Project completed 2006 and building area100m2.
Workshop
Modified and Extended,
Glenfield
The existing showroom and workshop for gardening aid, supplies was extended and modified to provide better working conditions suitable to today’s workshop of this type. A mezzanine level of offices and staff lunchroom designed and built as part of the project.
