NB Block additions and alteration

The Manukau Institute of Technology (MIT) Building is an extension and major alterations to the existing two storey building. The addition provides extra accommodation for 15 staff members and was designed to complement the existing building. The area of the building is 900m² and cost $2 million to construct with completion in 2005.

The MIT L Block is design for a new entrance hall with canopy proposed for the L Block in MIT. The design is intended to create a fresh new look to the existing exterior and form a new outdoor sitting area.
