Kayhan Khadem | Managing Director/ Senior Architect

Bachelor of Architecture, Masters of Community Planning, Higher National Diploma of Architecture

Kayhan is director and founding principal of ProDesigners Architects Ltd. He has a vast level of experience in institutional, commercial and residential improvement and development projects in the Philippines, Solomon Islands and New Zealand. Kayhan was worked with a broad range of building project types and scales and collaborated with some of the largest construction companies in New Zealand and the Pacific. He has lectured at the University of Philippines and subsequently has over thirty years experience in the architecture and construction industry.

As managing director Kayhan overlooks and supervises all projects, he has a design methodology that addresses the unique context and demands of each project, whilst reflecting the specific needs and concerns of the client. Therefore understanding client requirements along with the team and project dynamics are keystones for Kayhan in delivering project excellence.

Auf Khudair | Principal/Senior Architect

Masters of Architecture (Auckland University), Bachelor of Science and Architectural Engineering (Baghdad University), ANZIA

Auf is a senior architect with over thirty five years experience in the industry. He has a strong background in institutional and governmental projects and has many years experience as practice manager overseeing various large scale projects. Auf has a wealth of experience in projects of a particularly complex nature, including co-ordinating diverse project teams, consultants, client representatives and building contractors.

Auf was closely involved with the design and development of several multi million dollar office and hospital pharmaceutical units in Jordan. He was also involved in developing the concept design for the new Braemar Angelsea Private Hospital in Hamilton. Currently he is working on a variety of large scale commercial projects in the Pacific Region with Fletcher’s South Pacific Division. These projects include cinemas, gymnasiums, malls, libraries and hotel resorts.

Pauline Shew | Senior Architect

Bachelor of Architecture (Auckland University) ANZIA

Pauline is a senior architect; she has an in depth understanding of institutional and residential projects. Pauline was formerly employed as an architect for the Auckland Area Board through Maunsell AECOM who specialises in healthcare work. With ProDesigners Pauline has honed he skills from project initiation thought to contract administration and has subsequently completed numerous commercial and small residential projects. She is the project architect for the Auckland Kindergarten Association and is actively involved in the kindergarten alterations and extensions throughout the greater Auckland area.

Currently Pauline is part of a range of multi million dollar commercial projects in the South Pacific Region with Fletcher South Pacific Division engaging in projects such as hotel resorts and cinemas.

Jacob Choe | Senior Architect

Bachelor of Architecture (Korea University), Diploma of Architectural Engineering (Korea University)

Jacob is a senior design architect with over thirty year's industry experience. He has a strong background in institutional, commercial and residential projects in Korea, Saudi Arabia and New Zealand. Jacob has an in-depth knowledge of architectural design and specialises in the design of high-end residential projects.

Currently he is involved with a number of residential developments with Merlot Homes in Pukekohe and Regis Park Developments in Flat Bush. He is also part of a team involved with the development of commercial and residential projects in the Pacific Region through the South Pacific Division of Fletcher Construction. Jacob’s specialty is in hand drawn presentations illustrated with flair and architectural consideration.

Gol Khadem | Business Development Manager

Bachelor of Business, in Management and Marketing (AUT), International Business (Auckland University) and other studies in Business Relationships

Gol has specialised in marketing and management in different industry for less than 10 years. Her current position consists of managing all the marketing, such as website, catalogues, brochures, market plan and strategies, expos and Business Relationships. She also provides Human Resource, seeks information for tenders, Assistant to the Managing Director of all aspects, and is the General Manager of the South Pacific offices.

 

Evonne Tay | Intermediate Architect

Bachelor of Architecture (Hons) (Auckland University)

Evonne has over seven years experience in the commercial, residential and education sectors. Fully involved in all stages of a project, she has a keen interest in taking a project from the initial design/feasibility stages through to documentation and construction, using 2D and 3D CAD software as design tools.

Evonne is currently working on a range of commercial projects in the Pacific Region and is also involved with a number of residential and commercial projects within Auckland. 

Arturo Chan Mow | Graduate Architect

Bachelor of Architecture (UNITEC ScALA, Auckland)

Advance DIP in Architectural Draughting, DIP in Architectural Draughting (Massey University, Wellington)

Arturo has worked three years as a draughtsperson for the Ministry of Works in Samoa from 2000 – 2003. He has experience in residential and commercial projects including the development and refurbishment of schools around Samoa funded by the Educational Department of Samoa and the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

Currently Arturo is engaged in 3D modelling, animation and rendering presentations for various projects ranging from residential homes to hotels.

Sanalio Tofu | Draughtperson

DIP in Architecture, DIP in CAD (Christchurch Polytechnic)

Sanalio has worked seven years as a Senior Technician. He has experience in the commercial and residential sectors and some of his projects include: Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints New Chapels, Tonga National Reserve Bank, the Tongan President’s residence and other senior diplomatic residences.
